Service Overview
Parag Technobuild's Waterproofing division delivers comprehensive waterproofing and sealant packages for terraces, basements, water tanks, swimming pools, and structural joints — eliminating water ingress at every vulnerable interface from substructure to roof.
Our trained applicators install approved membrane systems — APP/SBS modified bitumen, liquid polyurethane, and crystalline treatments — with documented surface preparation protocols, application records, and manufacturer-backed material warranties on every package.
We have sealed structures for clients including Galgotias University, Wyndham Hotels, and Hindware, across institutional, hospitality, and industrial projects in 9+ states.

All waterproofing systems below are installed by PTPL's trained applicators using manufacturer-approved methods — every membrane is backed by a material performance warranty.
Why Choose PTPL
Three pillars that underpin PTPL's waterproofing quality on every project.
Our waterproofing teams are trained and certified by the material manufacturers — Penetron, Fosroc, Sika, and Dr. Fixit — ensuring every product is applied to the manufacturer's own standards, which is the foundation of a valid product warranty.
On every approved system, PTPL secures a manufacturer-backed material guarantee alongside our workmanship warranty — so the client holds two layers of protection: the applicator's workmanship and the product manufacturer's performance, together.
We maintain detailed waterproofing records for every project — surface preparation photos, primer application logs, membrane coverage records, and water-test results — so clients can verify the process, not just accept the claim.
Our Process
Step 01
The existing surface is inspected for cracks, honeycombing, and contamination. Cracks are routed and sealed, protrusions removed, and the surface is profiled to achieve the minimum bond strength required by the waterproofing system.
Step 02
Approved primer is applied at the manufacturer's specified coverage rate. Application records (rate, coverage, ambient temperature) are maintained. Primer adhesion is checked before membrane application begins.
Step 03
The membrane is installed in the specified number of layers, with lap joints staggered and all upstands, penetrations, and angle fillets treated per the system detail drawings. Each layer is inspected before the next is applied.
Step 04
Completed waterproofing is tested by ponding or hose-test to the specified protocol. Results are documented with photographs and submitted to the client. A protection layer is installed and the system warranty is issued at handover.
