Service Overview
Parag Technobuild's Industrial Flooring division delivers FM2-standard concrete floors for warehouses, distribution centres, and heavy industrial plants — where slab flatness and surface hardness directly determine operational productivity and racking safety.
Our laser-guided paving teams combine precision mix design, continuous pour planning, and specialist power-float and power-trowel finishing with dry-shake hardener application — producing floors that meet TR34 and ACI 117 flatness tolerances and carry heavy wheel loads without premature cracking or curling.
We have laid industrial floors for clients including JSW Steel, Beumer Group, and Havells India, across logistics, manufacturing, and cold-store facilities spanning 2M+ sq ft across 9+ states.
Discuss Your ProjectScope of Work
All industrial flooring works below are executed by PTPL's specialist floor teams — no subcontracting of laser screeding, trowelling, or hardener application.
Why Choose PTPL
Three commitments that define PTPL's industrial flooring quality on every project.
We do not claim FM2 compliance — we measure it. Every completed slab is surveyed with a dipstick or F-number logger, and a TR34 compliance report showing measured Fmin and SFLR values is issued to the client before the pour is signed off.
Our laser-guided screed rails, ride-on power floats, and walk-behind power trowels are maintained to manufacturer standards and calibrated before each pour. Backup machines are staged on site for every large continuous pour.
For approved hardener and coating systems, PTPL secures a manufacturer-backed material warranty alongside the workmanship guarantee — giving clients two layers of protection across millions of forklift cycles.
Our Process
Step 01
Sub-grade compaction, blinding layer, and vapour barrier installation are completed and field-tested. Compaction results are reviewed against design CBR values before the slab design is finalised and concrete is ordered.
Step 02
Pour panels are planned to keep day-joint positions away from racking uprights. Rebar mats are placed, lap lengths verified, and the pour sequence agreed with the client to minimise operational disruption.
Step 03
Concrete is placed and laser-screeded to target level. Power-float passes begin at the correct Vebe time, followed by two power-trowel passes to achieve the specified surface regularity and finish class.
Step 04
Dry-shake hardener is broadcast and trowelled in to the manufacturer's programme. Curing compound is applied immediately after trowelling. An FM2 dipstick survey is conducted at 28 days and the report issued to the client.
