Yes. Our Turnkey Construction service covers the complete project lifecycle — from design, engineering and procurement to construction, MEP integration, finishing and final handover — all under a single contract. This eliminates the need to coordinate multiple vendors and gives you one point of responsibility.

Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) are factory-fabricated steel structures designed for rapid on-site assembly. They are ideal for warehouses, factories, aircraft hangars and large-span commercial structures.

PTPL has extensive experience in PEB construction — from structural design coordination to erection, cladding and secondary works. We work with leading PEB manufacturers and handle the complete scope in-house.

Absolutely. Our MEP division integrates mechanical, electrical and plumbing works seamlessly within the main civil contract. This avoids the common problem of MEP delays caused by poor coordination between separate contractors. We handle HVAC, fire-fighting systems, electrical LT/HT distribution, plumbing and drainage — all in-house.

Yes. PTPL specialises in FM2-grade industrial flooring using laser-screed technology for high-flatness tolerances required by warehousing and logistics facilities. We also provide epoxy flooring, hardener floors and polyurethane coatings depending on the end use and load requirements.

We provide a detailed project schedule (Gantt chart / CPM network) at the time of award with milestone-wise commitments.

Quality is managed through our ISO 9001:2015-certified QMS. On every project we deploy:

• A dedicated site QA/QC engineer with inspection checklists
• Material testing at approved third-party laboratories
• Stage-by-stage inspection records and photo documentation
• Regular client review meetings with progress reports
• Defect liability period post-handover with rectification commitment

Yes. We offer Project Management Consultancy (PMC) where we represent the client's interests on site — overseeing contractor performance, quality, schedule and billing — without necessarily executing the work ourselves. This is particularly useful for clients who already have contractors but need independent supervision and reporting.

For an accurate estimate, it helps to share:

• Architectural and structural drawings (even concept-level is sufficient to start)
• Project location and site conditions
• Scope of work (which trades are included)
• Specifications or reference standards (e.g. concrete grade, finishing level)
• Target completion date

If drawings are not yet ready, a preliminary estimate can be prepared based on built-up area and project type.

Yes. Parag Technobuild Pvt. Ltd. is certified to ISO 9001:2015 — the international standard for Quality Management Systems. This certification covers our construction operations, documentation, supplier management and continuous improvement processes. It applies group-wide across all entities.

Safety is non-negotiable at PTPL. Our sites follow:

• Mandatory PPE for all site personnel at all times
• Daily toolbox talks and weekly safety reviews
• Permit-to-work systems for high-risk activities (working at height, excavation, electrical)
• Site Safety Officer on all major projects
• Incident reporting and near-miss tracking

We align with IS codes, NBC guidelines and client-specific EHS requirements.

PTPL provides a standard Defect Liability Period (DLP) as agreed in the contract — typically 12 months from the date of practical completion. During this period, any defects arising from workmanship or materials supplied by PTPL are rectified at no additional cost to the client. Extended DLP can be negotiated for specific projects.

All critical materials (concrete, steel, waterproofing membranes, structural fasteners) are tested at NABL-accredited or client-approved laboratories. Test reports are submitted as part of the project documentation. Third-party inspections — including structural audits and pre-handover snag inspections — can be arranged at the client's request or as specified in the contract.

We do not publish a fixed minimum project value. However, given our team size and operational structure, we are best suited to projects of ₹25 lakhs and above. For smaller scoped work, we recommend discussing your requirements directly — we are happy to advise on the best approach even if we may not be the right fit for very small jobs.

We are flexible and work on both models depending on the project stage and client preference:

• Lump Sum / Fixed Price — preferred when design is finalised; provides cost certainty
• Item Rate / BOQ — suitable when scope evolves during execution; quantities are measured and valued
• EPC / Turnkey — we take full design and build responsibility under a single fixed price

Contract terms, payment milestones and retention are discussed at the pre-award stage and documented in the work order.
